How to wear : Esmerelda is mounted on a discreet ribbon covered double-strand metal hair band which positions the hat exactly where it should sit on the head. Unless otherwise stated, all hats sit to the left hand side of the head.

Dimensions : Base diameter : 30cm x 43cm max. Maximum measurements include any feathers that protrude the base. Dimensions are a guide only & can vary due to the handmade nature of the each piece.

Colour Representation : Photographs are taken in natural light so bear a very close likeness to the actual materials used. However, as all screen colours vary, absolute accuracy is not guaranteed. If you require a particular colour-match please contact us before ordering.

Materials : Our hats incorporate a number of different natural materials. The weave of natural materials might contain slight irregularities which are inherent in natural fibres & are not considered faults.

All our hats are hand-made to order and therefore can not be returned and are non refundable.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UK :

Orders are despatched from the UK. Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to local import duty and tax. These costs are calculated by customs once the goods reach their destination and must be paid by you before delivery. Please contact us with any queries.
